1) According to Gershon, Nielsen, Czerwinski, Ragouzis, Siegel & Neale (1998), we can find that a good website should enhance the understanding of users while they only click a few times to reach the information they need. When we design the website, we should consider what information is more important and been appeared on the website. In addition, the information should not be so long and if there are many words, table form is easy for people to get the information.

2) According to the article in original research on “Blood donation mobile applications: are donors ready?” It mentioned that they have survey 982 people with donation experiences, the results it they think the mobile app should not too much alerts and message and scare about their personal information shared with others. From this findings, we can see that too much messages make people get annoying and don’t want to touch the information anymore and the privacy also the second point people concern about it.
As we are decide through social media apps to promote blood donation, we will try to keep the clear message, maybe just a slogan post on the Facebook and will promise when we are promoting, we won't take any personal information.

1)Problems and solutions:
Problem 1:
-Too many words
People may feel boring and do not want to read the website

Solution 1: -Prefer photo more than words
-Videos for giving information

Problem 2:
-Not attractive
Old fashion
Solution 2:
-Cartoon character


Bloodion

-Being a lovely character to promote blood donation -Let people easy get the correct type of the blood -Let people easy to memorize
-New style and attractive

Problem 3:
-The location are not clear enough
People cannot really understand the route and how to go to the center
 
Solution 3:
-Footprint Map use bloodions be the character leading you to the donation center
2) The target audiences:
Target: secondary students
Because as they are just a student, they haven’t get information about donate blood
Try to use cute things to get attention from them
example: cartoons(bloodions), colours(not just only red colour), cute food(macaroon or drinks)

3)What can do on the web platform:
3.1) Download the bloodion background from the website
-Upload the profile picture on the social media such as Facebook
3.2) Create a test when people go to our website ( if they answer right than give some gift )
